Shipping policy

LME always strives to insure timely arrival of Gift Basket & Gift Item orders by your requested date.  We understand the importance of gift items being received by time-sensitive dates of special occasions, and will continue to provide excellent service for our customers.  However, please note that we are not responsible for unforeseen delays caused by the shipper. In most instances, we use either FEDX, USPS and UPS for shipping services provided in the continental USA.

Gift Baskets:  Please allow between 3-5 days for your gift order to arrive (after 1-2 day processing).  Any specific questions about your order, please feel free to email us at sales@LifeMadeEasy.org or call 888-507-0555. Expedited shipping is available for some gift basket orders.  Please inquire via email.

***MOTHER'S DAY GIFT BASKET ORDERS (SHIPPED NON-LOCAL) MUST BE PLACED BY MONDAY MAY 4, 2020 TO ENSURE SHIPPING ARRIVAL BY MOTHER'S DAY.***

For local hand-deliveries (Cincinnati, Ohio area only), a $10 delivery fee will apply. Mother's Day hand-delivery orders can be placed online up until May 7th , 2020 (Thursday).

Non-Gift Basket Items: For purchases that are being shipped from the manufacturer, some longer shipping times may apply.  As some products are being transported overseas and will require more time to arrive.  Please allow 2-4 weeks for applicable items to arrive.
